Information You Voluntarily Submit to the Website: We may collect personal information from you such as your name, or email, address. For example, you may voluntarily submit information to the Website by leaving a comment, subscribing to a newsletter, submitting a contact form, or completing and submitting a Client Intake Form. In addition, you are able to create a user profile, which allows you to create a username and password. We will store the username, but your password will not be visible in our records.

Once received, ConveyAwareness, will process your request, and will notify you of the status. It takes 48 hours once ConveyAwareness has requested the site delete or send a copy of your data to you. In the event you request a copy of your data, be sure to include the correct spelling of the email address and for your privacy, ensure you are the only recipient.

Data from Custom Code - Data from custom code is not included in your data archive and it is not erased when you delete their data. (ConveyAwareness does not have any custom code on this site.)
Data from third-party apps - Data collected by third-party apps on your site is not included in the data file and is not erased when customer's data is deleted. (ConveyAwareness has limited third party apps: PayPal and Square.)
Data from other services implemented on your site - Data collected by other services implemented on this site is not included in customer's data file or erased when customer's data is deleted. This includes, for instance, data collected by tracking and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics. (ConveyAwareness can request your data or ask that it be deleted from this service. This service is currently not in use.)

INFORMATION FROM MINORS
Conveying Awareness does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. Nor do we collect information from any individual under the age of 18 without the consent of a parent or guardian. If you believe that your child has registered on our site or that we have collected information from your child, please contact us immediately so that we can remove that information from our database.

ConveyingAwareness.com does recognize that parents, guardians, or other adults may purchase our products for family use, including use by minors.
