Please note there is no coaching support after the session. Welcome to Be Aligned - Wellness Vision Planning, where you are guided towards envisioning and achieving a healthier, happier self. This unique package is 100% educational and conversational, aimed at sparking insights and clarity on your wellness journey. To begin, simply fill out a Client Intake Form, laying the groundwork for our discussions. For new clients, a complimentary Discovery Session is required before booking. This session sets the stage for our collaboration, ensuring alignment with your goals and expectations. Be Aligned - Wellness Vision Planning comprises of (1) 90-minute session where we'll explore the following principles: Principle 1: Envision Your Healthier Self Together, we'll paint the big picture of your wellness journey. Through meaningful conversation, we'll uncover your purpose, values, joys, motivations, and sources of inspiration, laying a solid foundation for our collaboration. Principle 2: Piecing it Together Building on your envisioned healthier self, we'll refine your aspirations into actionable steps. We may craft or refine your wellness statement to encapsulate your vision. This is your opportunity to solidify commitments and intentions through dynamic conversation or peaceful reflection. Principle 3: Connecting the Dots In our final phase, we'll chart a course for your future wellness journey, identifying steps for continued growth and fulfillment. This marks the culmination of our collaboration, leaving you empowered and inspired to pursue your wellness goals. Cancellation Policy
As part of my commitment to providing exceptional service, I strive to keep costs transparent and fair. While I do not pass electronic payment processing fees on to clients when booking, these fees are incurred if a refund is necessary. This is why I maintain a cancellation policy, ensuring both the client and I are respected in terms of time and resources. Cancellation and Refund Details: For services under $75: Refunds are not available. For all other services: If you need to cancel, please submit your request in writing via email at least 5 days prior to your session. A $50 processing fee applies to cancellations. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, notify me in writing at least 24 hours before your session time to arrange a new appointment. No-shows: If you miss your session (online or in person), it will not be rescheduled, and no refund will be issued. Important Notes: I serve clients in all 50 U.S. states.
